Our sweet corn kernel cutter is perfect for your frozen and shelf-stable (canned / jarred) sweet corn applications. We know how demanding your customers are for kernels these days. They want perfect taste and texture. You want to reduce as much waste as possble.
Both are possible with our sweet corn kernel cutter.
Each cutter unit arrives completely assembled, with a 1.5 Hp / 1.13 W electric motor driving the hydraulic power pack and cutter head. Six hydraulic motors drive the rolls and one drives the infeed trough. The infeed trough uniformly feeds ears to the cutting head. Unit is build from stainless steel throughout, and is shipped with one cutter head and set of knives.
