Description
The iNTELLIPRO™ SAW use an all-new two-stage cutting system and robust infeed conveyor chain to precisely and efficiently cut either green or yellow cobs. It is made with easy maintenance and rapid trash removal in mind, plus is read to integrate with iNTELLIPRO™ CONNECT.
PROEX FOOD Engineers took a look at the manual and the automated tip & tail and cobette cutting processes of sweet corn, and other tubular vegetables, and built our new saw from the ground up. A new space-saving design, completely new cutter head, and a new high-flow housing that helps manage waste are all in play. Plus, we’ve designed the iNTELLIPRO™ SAW to integrate with our iNTELLIPRO™ CONNECT system, for digital, data-driven, modern, connected lines.
The iNTELLIPRO™ SAW output capacity of 200-300 ears per minute is higher than legacy machines with manual or robotic configuration options. Additional features include an all new 2-stage Cutter Head, new Infeed Chain made of stainless steel, not plastic, for enhanced durability and clear Viewing Windows which enable your operators to safely monitor the action in the cutter head and reduce line shutdowns for random checks.
